Refund policy
Once an order is placed you have up to 24 hours from the purchase time to cancel the order, please send us an email to arawgolf@gmail.com if you wish to do so.
ARAW GOLF offers exchanges of items that are in original condition. The item must not be washed, worn and must be in its original packaging. Returns are available for items that are faulty or damaged with a full refund of original price excluding shipping fees.
Size exchanges are available for any other available size in stock in the same style. However you must cover the cost of the return shipping for the original purchase. The exchange will be posted out at no additional cost once we have received the original item.

Please include the reason for return, these may be:
- Size exchange
- Change of mind
- Faulty/damaged goods
Please note that we thoroughly check our products before packaging and sending. If you receive a faulty item we will offer an exchange, credit or refund on any returns. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount. Please include a receipt of purchase, and the order number to your email. Your email will then be evaluated by our team.
